No access to isa & stocks via the app

The app was working very well, serving my needs despite quite a few limitations vs web portal. The last update killed the landscape mode for iPad which makes it unusable when using with a keyboard. Please restore landscape mode.

The chat isn’t very good, I am often waiting 10 minutes between messages. I am reluctant to use it for this reason.

Very easy to use the application and I would recommend it

Cheque reading is horrendous

Can’t paste ID in from Enpass app. Banks keep telling you to be secure and then do absolutely nothing to help you when you have security apps to manage IDs and passwords.

Nothing on this app makes sense, this is so bad I’m considering switching banks

Excellent financial services, and safe

Its the best bank i have - the mist straight forward to work with. Especially sending / transferring money within the uk and abroad.
