I can’t even log in to the app

Hi Team , Am having issues with my current buds pro that software isn’t showing my current status and the headphones itself isn’t showing on the app , any advice please?

There’s a bug/issue I hate which is when I have already connected my headphones (Freebuds 5i) on the app and I decide to close the app, once I relaunch the app again the device is gone from the connected devices and I have to re-pair it again every time. This is the main issue bothering me on the app other than that everything is fine.

في مشكله بتحصل في التطبيق لما بكون لسه محمله بتظهر السماعه عليه بعد شويه يوم مثلا افتح التطبيق مش مسجل السماعه و مش بيتصل بيها تاني لازم امسحه و ارجع احمله عشان اعرف اوصل السماعه عليه و المشكله دي بتكرر دايما

I have suddenly lost existence of my 4G home mobile router at the platform and cannot again following last update!

Same issue as multiple reviews here, the app doesn’t see my freebuds and when i try to add it manually it says “a connect to AI life cloud”

App supports only germany market and doesn't change the market even when i choose my country and it keeps crashing Very poor app
