[Description of auto-renewing subscriptions]
1. Instructions for continuous monthly subscription
--Subscription period: 1 month
- Subscription price: 1 yuan for the first month, 15 yuan per month thereafter
2. Instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing
--Payment: Debit through the user's iTunes account, and the user will pay immediately after confirming the purchase
--Renewal: Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours of expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period
--Unsubscribe method
Solution 1. Open the Appstore on your phone, click the blue avatar icon in the upper right corner, and then go to "Subscription"> "Huawei Sports Health" to cancel the subscription.
Solution 2: 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription period, go to the iTunes/Apple ID "Settings Management" page and turn off the automatic renewal. Cancellation within 24 hours before expiration will result in a subscription fee.

The app is constantly asking me to give personal details like where I’m clicking, information about other apps I use and many other things like that. There’s also no way to press “no” to these things, you have to click “ask me again later” or “not right now”. This is a manipulation technique as they’re just hoping next you open the app you accidentally click yes, then they’ve got you. 

My guess is they desperately want this information so they can store up a large database then sell it off to the highest bidder. 

I do not recommend this app. I bought a watch from you, you have no right to farm me for my data.

After several updates, it is still not compatible with the iPhone. The connection of the watch that is disconnected is not connected automatically and you have to reconnect the watch that comes near the phone manually from the Bluetooth section in the iphone settings. Some items in the software on the iPhone either do not exist or do not work. such as changing the watch theme or reporting GPS sports activities or adding music to the watch memory. You will be disappointed with this software in the iPhone version.

I just purchased a GT4 and tried to pair it with Huawei Health. I created an account and the pairing process went smoothly. However, after login, Discovery tab is not available anymore. Also, I am missing Sleep Breathing Awareness feature although I get other sleep data. Pairing with Strava doesn’t work either. Quite disappointed with the app making the purchase worthless.

The whole thing only look good on Chinese UI, when you are using English on your phone you have to bear with it since many words can’t be displayed in one row, it plays a marque for simple words

I’d prefer using Chinese on the watch but there is no such settings unless I change my phone’s displaying language, so annoying.

This is ridiculous, you should be able to sync workouts to Apple Health, not just active energy. I don’t want to track my workouts solely on a poorly constructed app.

The trackers are great and insanely cheap for what you get but the app is terrible and the inability to sync workouts to Apple Health to monitor my data there is appalling.

Already gone through the typical support, the feature simply does not exist, even when using third party syncing tools. Huawei is simply not geared to sync that data anywhere, not even via their own API’s which is what FitnessSyncer uses.

Unfortunately due to this reason it will be my first and last Huawei tracker, Back to Garmin for me.

I love Huawei TalkBand products. I’ve bought Huaiwei TalkBand B7 for a few months now. The best way to connect my TalkBand with iPhone is to do it via this app. However, the app only support the TalkBand B6 model and it is so annoying. Hopefully, the developer can update this app to support the TalkBand B7.
