[Description of auto-renewing subscriptions]
1. Instructions for continuous monthly subscription
--Subscription period: 1 month
- Subscription price: 1 yuan for the first month, 15 yuan per month thereafter
2. Instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing
--Payment: Debit through the user's iTunes account, and the user will pay immediately after confirming the purchase
--Renewal: Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours of expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period
--Unsubscribe method
Solution 1. Open the Appstore on your phone, click the blue avatar icon in the upper right corner, and then go to "Subscription"> "Huawei Sports Health" to cancel the subscription.
Solution 2: 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription period, go to the iTunes/Apple ID "Settings Management" page and turn off the automatic renewal. Cancellation within 24 hours before expiration will result in a subscription fee.

I enjoy the simplicity of the app. I wish there were more medals for walking challenges eg: weekly and monthly step challenges, weekly movement (minutes) challenges. I also wish there was the option to opt in to join a community of other Huawei users within these challenges. I also would have loved to see a summary of my zone 2 cardio minutes for the week and months.

I recently had to switch from a Huawei phone to an iPhone because the functions i need are not available on Huawei devices anymore, but i kept my Huawei smart watch.

For the first few weeks it connected to my iPhone just fine, and then came the software update in early December 2024.

Since then, my watch refuses to connect to my phone. The huawei health app is up to date, the software on the watch is up to date, but it simply cannot connect to my phone anymore.

The app is good. Love the watch. However, I have two main frustrations. Firstly, please sort out the font for some portions of the app, like choosing a watch face, or the “Diet” page. It’s jarring when the font changes from what’s expected. Secondly, the weight management feature doesn’t READ weight from Apple health, even if it has permission to do so. I have to manually enter my weight in the app even though I’ve already weighed myself with a different app. Same with drinking water or eating food.

Nice app all round but PLEASE for the love of all things sane in UX, remove the full screen badges that consume your entire visual real estate whenever you achieve a goal. I do 10k steps daily and hate that I have to close 3 separate screens whenever I’ve achieved that goal, just to use another app feature. 
It would be fine if it was tap to close but it’s not, the only way is a tiny X in the top corner - its extremely frustrating and quite frankly superfluous function for no added user experience or gain
