I have the Hubble baby camera and I love it, so I bought the air purifier too because I saw that it also connects to an app as well. But the app won’t even let me sign in to it. The air purifier seems really nice, but I just got it today so hopefully it does good. Pretty upset about the app though.

app was poor at best; worked occasionally to operate product in our baby's room. one day everything stopped working.... spent weeks exchanging emails with "support" and nothing ever worked... they didn't know why and were using me to test their attempts to fix the app not working. i will never, ever purchase a motorola licensed "smart" product again

I was so excited when I got the humidifier for my baby’s nursery. For a while it connected just fine and I could control the humidifier from my fun but within a few weeks it stoped working and I cannot get the app to connect to the machine anymore. I have to turn the humidifier on and off at the machine and it will show the change on the app but I cannot do anything on the app.

Was stuck in a firmware upgrade loop. Figured out eventually the issue was because my router broadcasts 2.4ghz and 5ghz on the same SSID. I later configured the app on an old 2.4ghz limited android phone and was able to connect to the audio monitor. Oliver from support was very helpful.

I got this primarily for the audio notification alerts . I wanted something that would send a text/notification to my phone if it detected a baby crying. I’m worried that I might miss a baby crying over their white noise machine on our other purchased baby monitor. It works great on my husbands android, was able to receive timely (and loud!) notifications....my iphone 10, is a no go. I tried everything to get the push notifications, which is the reason I bought the monitor! so that’s disappointing. I haven’t used it for the audio monitoring so I cannot speak for that portion, that does appear to work as intended though. Had some connection issues- but that’s due to my homes internet connection.

This app is complete and utter garbage. The developers reply with demeaning stupidity like “your device may be off.” Must of us are simply not that stupid. This app has an average rating of 1.4, and still nothing is fixed. People purchase these products for their family and this useless company can’t even make the app work!!!

Update: As is usual, developer contacts and asks to send more info via email. Have done this before and it was a useless waste of time. App is still garbage. Do not buy products that rely on this app to fully function.

My app and humidifier worked great, until this update. The humidifier won’t talk to the app since this update, it just says offline (even though it’s powered on and running).

App developer replied to my initial review, but they are saying camera and this isn’t a camera and the information isn’t relevant.

I just purchased the baby monitor MBP164. When I try to pair it with my phone, it says it needs a firmware update. When I try to update the firmware, it times out and never updates. App is useless.

Update sine originally writing the review. I was contacted by their customer service and was asked to provide more information. I did that. They in turn sent me directions on how to update the OTHER app that is for the monitors with cameras. In my review here as well as in my email to them I specifically say I have a MBP164 which is audio only.  I replied back, again stating that I have an audio only monitor and the directions they sent were for the other monitors. I never got a response. 

I was pleasantly surprised that customer service contacted me, however I was once again disappointed that they didn’t even pay attention to what product I had. 

My opinion still stands.  App (and now customer service) is useless.

### *---- "2 years no fix... so disappointing!"
I too purchased this scale to weigh with my newborn. The scale itself works fine. The app is useless. I wanted a smart scale. One I didn’t have to manually enter in. This one keeps putting both my weight and daughters weight under my profile. Then if I try to edit the reading it crashes. Also once it assigns a reading you can’t pull it up again to retry. You have to actually weigh again and hope the input gets placed correctly if not the only option is to delete the whole profile. 

The readings aren’t able to use on multiple devices. Like I wanted both my husband and I able to use the app to keep track. He had 1 reading that was correctly assigned on his phone. I tried to access it on mine and the only changes that transfer are changing the device name, and adding/removing people. 

They also still have height set at smallest 2’ which is silly because they are less likely to need holding past 24” inches. 

I’m shocked that I came back to the app reviews and see that in 2 years they haven’t fixed anything. That’s telling me they don’t care. I’ve already experienced issues with another Hubble product. I’d gotten the Roo used it twice during pregnancy and that app wasn’t working correctly either. Lost the data or just wouldn’t let me have access to my 2 sessions. 

It’s my opinion that I will probably stop purchasing Hubble products because they obviously don’t work toward rectifying known issues that are app related. 

It’s pretty sad because the products themselves have great potential. They just ruin it with cheap/bad, poorly managed applications technology.

Using this app for Motorola Baby Monitor but it is extremely unreliable. When it's working it's fine but it will randomly just stop after a few minutes, it will occasionally run for 30-45 minutes other times just 5-10 minutes. It has never run for longer than 90 minutes. What good is a baby monitor if it won't run all night?

We bought a smart humidifier.... the app WILL NOT connect. The reviews for the actual humidifier are good, however I wish we would have known this is the app we needed to use to use it. I’m considering returning the humidifier strictly because of the app.
