After purchasing this as a tool to use not only for myself but to help my clients have a better understanding of their body composition and what it comprises off. The weight on the scale is a result from many different factors. Great visual tool. I’m happy with my decision to purchase.

I downloaded the app, but have yet to receive a verification code to set up my scale. I have reached out for help via the website, but nobody gets back to me. If I don’t get some service regarding my concerns, I will be seeking a full refund. I can’t use the scale, so can’t recommend. This is why I give it 1 star

I have had my scaled for years now and I never had issues with the previous app. When the app change to the new Hume app, it has been a source of frustration and I have discontinued its use. It is a slow glitchy app now. At the moment the screen had been stuck on my profile for days. The app is definitely not worth the effort. They should not have fixed something that was not broken..

Have used successfully for a few years now right the upgrade? I can’t get past setting it up fully.

The recent updates have dumped all my data. The app is very glitchy now and constantly asks me to re setup. Very frustrating as it is a good app and system when it works.

I am obsessed with this thing called Hume love watching my progression.
