My app is up to date, the app can see my scale, when I am on the scale the app seems to be measuring my data but it doesn’t upload. It used to work but I haven’t manage to get any of my data to upload successfully since February. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that hasn’t helped. Very disappointed because it’s not a cheap scale!

When this used to be fittrack the app was so amazing but this Hume one is so slow and almost unresponsive

App is next to useless.  It keeps asking me to allow permissions on the Apple Health app, all of which are granted, and then just freezes. It’s currently frozen on a page that explains the benefits of Hume Plus; even if I close the app and open it again, it is on the same page. Given the cost of the scales, I would have hoped for better.
