A very bad application all orders were delivered with missing items and refund is not suitable I don’t recommend at all their services as there are not honest and professional BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

I have 167SAR in my wallet which I can’t retrieve neither use because the app doesn’t let my orders go through. I reached out to the help center at least 10 times for the same problem. They put me through the same processes everytime, making me loose my time and my money, asking me for my phone number every single time. This went so far that I believe they do it on purpose. There is no way to reach out to them by phone of course. My experience with those people is disastrous and I think my money is lost forever. There are other apps. Don’t loose your time.

They only want you to make orders, wallet is a scam , referral is a scam, customer service sucks that’s if you ever reach them.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery app. On several occasions, I have received fruits and vegetables that were either expired or excessively damaged. When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was kept in the chat for nearly 30 minutes, only to end up frustrated and asking to be contacted by a manager. It was only after insisting and providing photos of the damaged products that I was finally compensated. Every time I order fruits and vegetables, I almost always have to file a complaint to get a refund. Frankly, the time and effort I had to invest for a simple refund were ridiculous. Is the hourly rate of the employees and the manager not higher than the value of the fruits or vegetables to be refunded? I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the service and the inefficiency of customer support. I am waiting for a better app to replace this delivery service, and then I will uninstall this app for good. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Delivery guy today refuses to deliver at gate We have to go to the parking to get our order !

Their customers servic lenis not taking any call or message.

I ordered one hour ago. The driver is sitting in the car without Moving eating his lunch for the past hour. There is nothing I can do about it.

Worst service ever. Ordered a simple menu from Mcdonalds, waited for 2 hours (!!) so that the delivery guy calls me and says he is on the way and then calls back asking what I ordered !! He doesn’t even have the order. 2 hours lost for free. And cherry on the cake, no support service at all, none whatsoever. Highly highly deceived
