It is a good app but it crashes often

Find useful and easy, very user friendly

I purchased this app for my mobile a few years ago and found it good to do what I needed However I now have a situation where I cannot find any of the files I had accumulated of the years I tried getting some support but after numerous requests I have not had any response. Would not recommend

Once again an iOS App has failed miserably. Working perfectly well one day - albeit with a few idiosyncrasies. Then next day, after a so called ‘update’ doesn’t work at all. I didn’t realise that ‘update’ means ‘wreck’, ‘don’t bother to prove the work update’ ‘let the long standing paying customer do the dirty work for you’- probably use all their data and documents, loose faith in it completely. MS Word is a Goliath - but at least it WORKS

Not bad compares to Docs to Go but...you get random capital letters in words you are typing. No spell checker and most irritating no auto full stop when ending a sentence even when pressing the space bar twice like normal. Also could do with tighter integration with OneDrive or SkyDrive as it was known by. Please check these bits out as they spoil a good app but am pleased that the app links to my home server via WebDAV.

This app remains one of the best in terms of features. However, it is still very unstable--many bugs.

This App could be one of the best Office Suites available but is let down by a few problems. There seems to be a bug which I don't think many users suffer from but I do, in that copy and paste don't work in the spreadsheets so you can't copy formulas. I reported this to the authors some time ago and they did fix it in the next release. However, in the latest version the bug is back yet again and now they say the can't fix it! Come on guys.......! When scrolling text in documents on my iPad Air 2, the text blurs before coming back into focus when scrolling stops. Makes your eyes go funny after a while. You have to turn on the spelling checker manually for each document there is no default setting. Although the spelling checker does underline errors it does not make any suggestions for the correct spelling unless you have Predictive text turned on. When it does identify an incorrectly spelt word and suggests the correct spelling, when you tap on the Predictive bar it corrects the spelling but puts an extra space in after the corrected word which you then have to delete. Or it corrects the word in the middle leaving two or three characters you then have to delete. The App does not support iOS9 keyboard cursor control on my Air. There is support for cloud services but not iCloud. The authors offer a sync cloud service so you can sync between devices but it costs money. All in all just not quite there which is a great shame. There are so many excellent features if they could just sort out the blurring text when scrolling, the spelling checker and the cut copy and paste it would easily score at least 4 stars. Cut and paste will probably work for most users and if you can put up with blurred text and an irritating spelling checker then it is probably worth the money.

When I try to open an excel file I get an error message saying that the file will not open. I have tried to reinstall but still no joy.

Easy, efective and convenience. But the app should update the reflow function for the 'page width' when reading in iphone. The text shouldn't run but stay fit with the screen.

This app has a lot of excellent features. I use the slide program a lot and found features few apps have such as multi-select text boxes, the facility to set text boxes to an exact size and on documents and spreadsheet, hyperlinks. There are lots more helpful features but the app isn't perfect, (none are) but the support is very helpful and have done every thing they could to fix things. ELISA was assigned to my case and was excellent. It is because of the level of support I've given it 5 stars.
