Dear, Meghna Bank Software Development Team I would love to suggest that the apps ui is become so much basic , I think it should I-Banking should hold its standards with other privet banks i-Banking app and a most needed feature is debit/credit card control, like other banks i-Banking feature card activation , block , pin generate or reset feature should be added to the app, I face a issue few days back at 11:30 P.M. I called 16735 and nobody picked my call for straight 10 mins and the next day they called me for did I got any issue resolved, so if a card holder faces critical issues and can’t reach call centre then I think this feature should me be added to the app, so that the card holder gains the full control over his/her debit/credit card.
