These have interesting plots and even delve into the philosophical at times.  If you liked those old Choose Your Own Adventures books, you will like this.  I really hope they write the rest of the chapters.

I’ve played adventure games for going on 40 years and I’ve never seen this particular mechanic for picking actions, it’s great to see some innovation in such a venerable genre.  The story is also entertaining.  Looking forward to the next chapters

I’ve played many text adventures, but they were all “basic” and the storyline made you only progress in certain ways. IAdventure is short, but your choices mean something. You are pushed to escape the prison, but that’s it. You can choose what happens who you befriend and keep. The story really doesn’t have much, but what it does have is pretty awesome. Your choices have penalties and make you think. It really is a great game.

Like most choose your own adventure games there is am interesting illusion of “choice” and you later realize that it was a mainline all along. This came is fun and dynamic and you feel your choices, you feel the risks and the rewards.

Only reason I put 4/5 is sometimes when it gets to the philosophical moment it can seem a bit winded and out of place. 

I recommend this game to anyone who loves adventure. Your hero feels important not because of you being the “chosen one” but based on your choices.
