Just update this apps few minutes ago. Guess what I got !? this apps totally crashed after updated as I unable to access “MyAeonEmployee”. What is happening ?? my phone is - iphone 15. ios 17.6.1

Useless app

Request to reset password around 10pm yesterday and receive email reset around 7am today. Is that friendly u think?

Dont ever use their food delivery or any delivery services from here. They dont deliver food efficiently like grabfood or foodpanda. Even beepit is better. I waited for 3 hours for my food and it still hasn’t arrived. I claled and the customer service dont even know their own app navigation. Myaeon2go is good for grocery delivery but this aeon world is very very bad.

The interface look modern already but this stupid app shouldn’t exist. Online grocery use external browser? What the hell you guys wasting space on the app store then?

App is not user friendly. You dont give specific format to enter address, yet I hv to re install every time when you said address is not valid. Make it a proper app. A user friendly app, and not linked to external browser. Be a competitor, not a follower.

1st time gunakan, menu dlm apps ada..Tapi store blh call ckp xde. Senang2 nye nk suruh tujar menu lain. Nk refund amik masa smpai 14-21 hari pulak tu. Mmg mengarut

For me this apps wating my time even simple thing like reset password not funtion at all? Whats the poing having an app but cannot login and reset my password 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️.

This apps is good but kindly update it with in apps function. Not just linking to the external browser. Make a fully functional apps that everything can be done via apps and not redirect to the browser in the phone. Functionality of the apps must be updated regularly to support more features

I can’t see the history of anything. The money I spent, the form I submitted. And the amount does not get update immediately. The form asked to choose payment method but you don have aeon wallet as option, but you asked buyer to pay with either aeon credit card or wallet. Everything is a mess in there.
