### ****- "Gute App, aber mit einigen Bugs"
Ich finde die App sehr gut und benutze Sie aufgrund von Geschäftsreisen sehr oft.

Die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge die ich habe sind folgende:

1) Avios und Elite Punkte werden nicht aktualisiert nach dem Flug ohne sich aus der App ab und wieder anzumelden 

2) Buchungen tauchen in der App teilweise doppelt auf mit verschiedenen Buchungsnummern. 

3) Man kann keine Angebote für upgrades abgeben in der App, per Browser geht das (auf den Handy)

Wenn diese drei Punkte behoben werden gebe ich die 5 Sterne :)

The app is very difficult to use as the app doesn’t instruct the user how to continue in the process. There is an absence of feedback. You get error messages on certain inputs without any instructions on how to correct the situation. I test apps for a living.  I just selected the choices in the dropdown until something was accepted. That’s really poor. Certainly one of the worst apps I have used.

Nach Update werde ich zur Neueingabe meiner Daten aufgefordert, dann kommt die Meldung dass mein Passwort abgelaufen sei und erneuert werden müsste. 
Klickt man den Link, kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Will man das Passwort selbst zurücksetzen, passiert das gleiche.
Eine der schlechtesten Airline Apps. 
Ich kann jetzt auf meine Daten einfach nicht mehr zurückgreifen und hoffe irgendwann auf ein sinnvolles Update.

Homepage funktioniert auf Apple Geräten gar nicht, auf Windows funktioniert der Login nicht. Iberia=unbrauchbar.
hier auf dem Ipad fkt der Login nicht, passwort wird nicht akzeptiert. Techsupport gibt es KEINEN!

„We will help you to create a new one“ - ok, link per email angefordert, kommt auch schnell, führt allerdings wieder zur App in die man sich nicht einloggen kann. Dann über den PC versucht - der Link schickt mich wieder in die App. Telefoniert, Link erhalten … wieder in der App. - Man kommt nicht an die Tickets, „manage my booking“ also auch nicht, Sitzplatzreservierung und online Check-in auch nicht. Hat hier irgend jemand noch ne Idee?
