Working?
Does anyone still have this App working? No longer works for me and hasn’t for some time. Shame as was a good App. Just shows no data or claims it’s in wrong format…

This was a very useful app but now has suddenly stopped working with Apple Health meaning I now have to enter the details twice. It’s also not been updated for four years indicating the developers have abandoned it. Don’t waste your time with this one it will stop working altogether soon.
Been using this app for a few years. Doctor asked if I could provide a profile for the last couple of years since I had to temporarily come off tablets, but could only email / print data for the last 12 months. Any chance that you you could provide a start and end date for emailing / generating a BP report? Thanks
So I have tried everything to no avail. Used to work but Authorising an re authorising just gets data in an incompatible format?
iBP app described as a monitor may mislead substantially; I understand a monitor to be a device which would record measurement but, crucially, would measure customer’s BP. Personally, recording was NOT of any use to me but measuring BP via an electronic device would be so convenient in comparison to ‘mechanical’ device that is very physically difficult to use! Ideally a little extra info would be helpful.
This looked like a good app for recording my blood pressure readings and displaying readings and trends in useful graphical formats. It also offered the ability to import data, which would have allowed me to consolidate months of data from other apps, and from a spreadsheet I have of historical readings, without having to re-key them. I have been doubly disappointed. First, the import/export does not work as it is described in the app. The instructions give the column order and format, and even show an example of what the import ‘date’ field should look like. I followed the guidance and imported my historical readings. Systolic, diastolic and pulse readings were imported, but the date and time fields were ignored, and all dates set by iBP to the year 1970, 1st January. Editing those back in the app was a nightmare. To check the format being used by iBP, I created an export CSV file, and saw that the dates and times were not exported in the format described, but showed a ten-digit integer instead. This happened no matter what date formats I chose in the device (iOS). This made the import process useless. The app FAQ says to contact the developers if you need help with data formats for import/export. So I wrote, explained the problem, and asked for advice. This led to my second disappointment : no response. My query was ignored. They wouldn't help. For those who may have come up against this incorrect dates/times issue, I eventually figured it out, along with a workaround. iBP is exporting dates and times, not in the format advertised, but as a single number which is the number of seconds that have elapsed since midnight 1/1/1970 00:00. To IMPORT your data from a spreadsheet or CSV file, create a column and use Excel (or whatever you use) to calculate the elapsed time in seconds between 1/1/1970 00:00 and the date of your reading. The are built-in functions that will do this. Then, when that column has been populated, delete the original dates column and reorder the columns into the form expected by iBP. When the data is imported into iBP, dates and times of readings will display correctly. If you need to EXPORT, then it's just the reverse ; use spreadsheet date functions to add the number of seconds produced by iBP to the base date 1/1/1970 00:00 into another column, then edit the CSV output file to the columns and order you need. The no response was disappointing. It effectively makes this app, good as it could be, mere abandonware. I switched
Easy to add BP readings, and then good visual graphic representation of readings over varying times, or in summary tables. Ability to send results by email to doctor. Really pleased with it
No matter what I do the app will not link with apple health
Outdated sort of app and impossible to import data with correct date in any permutation of format.
A gem of a little app. Simple to use and has a most excellent transfer option to send either an email, transfer to iPad or export to a spreadsheet. Only downside is that i am using it for blood pressure monitoring (wish i wasn’t!)
