Not user friendly

Sobrang inconvenient gamitin

ERROS/BUGS

I am so disappointed with your application even with the browser. Until when will you make your users to suffer? It is sooo very hard to access your application! Forever showing error messages even with the right information! This is so inconvenient. I never had a problem with my previous HMO providers app/links but now? I don't know, I want to give up.

Mostly unusable

Signing up is hell. Signing in is even worse which works 10% of the time. Congratulations CNX.

ICARE doesn’t care

Been trying to access the app and it’s been giving me so much headache. I’m using a decent Iphone 12 pro max and their app kept telling me it’s not compatible or supported 😒

Poor app, we can’t even log in on the account even after doing basic troubleshooting smh

Login issues

Couldn’t login, un & pw is correct. Was even able to login in computer but in this pos app. Jfc

App has too many bugs and errors, poor service and not reliable.
