Really needs an update
Its very basic. If you have it setup to transfer your training over into Strava, a few important metrics are missing. No speed data, no cadence (rpm) data, no tss/if data, no watts/kg data and no watts/hr data. The HR data is recorded at 10sec intervals, not good. All this has a negative effect on your fitness score which begs the question, is it worth it? ICG Training Version 3.1.0.
