The developers are not letting my use the app outside USA. I am constantly traveling and need to transfer funds even when outside USA. Neither the app works on regular Internet or wifi nor it works on a VPN. Just purely useless for me.

Honestly, this is the most trusted and easiest app I’ve used to send money from the US to India. Once you’re done with the registration and documentation, everything is super smooth. If you get express enabled, it gets even easier! Trust me, this app makes life so much simpler for sending money back home.

Is the app tested before go live? Simple in-app web view crashing!

I don’t understand what restrictions icici faces that they’ve to make the same damn app for individual country or region? How does a Singaporean NRI use the US UAE version of the app, don’t tell me revolut InstaReM and many other can do it and have users across countries use it but you’ve to have users jump through hoops to use your app and then have your RM try enticing us with some 5P off coupons ! Please get your act together. Also logging in is such a pain, every time . Why can’t you use features many apps use citi stand chart DBS all have faceid integrated , what great security needs you’ve that many many mnemonic don’t have !

Unable to login. Even after registering multiple times, credentials don’t work. Login using net banking credentials fails too. Useless app.

Worst app to start with the review.. Till date, it asks for password every time you open the app. Enable face recognition or fingerprint just like icicibank app. How difficult is this? In between transaction, app crashes and you will see lower rates when you start again.

They booked me for a rate lower than the agreed rate at the time of completion of transaction. When asked why was I credited lower amount , ICICI replied saying they gave me an indicative rate inspite of choosing fixed rate. Basically , they just agreed to the fact that app has glitches and half the days of the week the customer doesn’t know how will he get in his bank account !!! Cons of app -1) app keeps crashing 2) rates given are always indicative - you always get a rate lower than what you see on the screen 3) they lure you in with high or better rates first but charge back end taxes so effectively rates are much lower than other exchange houses.

This app has clearly not been through its UX team. Lots of bad experiences with using the app. Please hire a UX team.

Have some shame and hire professionals to develop a decent application that works!

App doesn’t work very well. One day work good. Then next day does not open look like stuck.
