Awful app and service
I had a video appointment booked and contacted the online chat to find out how to join as there was no video link to join or instructions. I was advised to wait on the app and a counsellor would send a link to me, which seemed bizarre. As anticipated, this didn’t happen at the appointment time. I tried to contact online chat again but realised you can’t multi task between the chat window and the schedule so I was concerned I’d miss the link if it was sent to me on the app. I phoned the helpline who eventually put me through to the counsellor, but by that point I was so frustrated I didn’t feel like talking. Utterly pointless, will be advising my employer to look for an alternative provider. The experience using the app made me feel worse rather than better.
