I had a video appointment booked and contacted the online chat to find out how to join as there was no video link to join or instructions. I was advised to wait on the app and a counsellor would send a link to me, which seemed bizarre. As anticipated, this didn’t happen at the appointment time. I tried to contact online chat again but realised you can’t multi task between the chat window and the schedule so I was concerned I’d miss the link if it was sent to me on the app. I phoned the helpline who eventually put me through to the counsellor, but by that point I was so frustrated I didn’t feel like talking. Utterly pointless, will be advising my employer to look for an alternative provider. The experience using the app made me feel worse rather than better.

I made my first scheduled appointment for today. I couldn’t work out how to join and after trying different things over 35 minutes I have had to give up. I’ve rebooked and appointment for next weekend - hopefully it works as was very disappointing.

App doesn’t open even after reinstalling several times. Not sure how I can’t use the service if I cannot access the app

Creating a new password that gets past the validation is challenging. Finally got it to work by using 2 special characters in the password. Frustrating UX. Needs improvement.

Crashes whenever sending a message. Sign jk process also very clunky indeed. Seems to need a major overhaul.

Doesn’t load, when it does it buffers a lot, if it manages to load and you get to nearly where you’re trying to get, it freezes and just quits and you have to start again. I’ve tried to sort an appointment for mental health through the app countless times over 3 weeks and still never got to it. The worst app if you’re depressed and trying to get help but the help makes you more depressed. It takes so much effort to even try and then when you do it’s useless. Step it up.

1. Instant messages do not support multi-tasking - if you need to quickly open another app, your conversation will be closed and you can only start a new one, possibly with a new person. 2. The counsellor asked for a lot of personal information (including DOB and phone number) just to share with me a toll-free number where I can seek further help. That felt really unnecessary.
