Great catalogue, unstable app

I use Idagio on iPhone. Good idea and catalog of music. Bad programmers. The built-in text search engine is primitive and bad. Very bad cooperation with CarPlay in Mercedes/Burmester because (1) The app crashes a lot and (2) On average once every month or two the app resets my user data, deletes all my music files and tells me to log in again. After logging in, I have to reset all my preferred settings and download all my favorite music to my iPhone again. This has been the case from the very beginning of its use, i.e. for 3 years. I also use Spotify and Tidal, so it's OK, because if Idagio breaks down, the other two always work. Good idea, lousy programmers

Great catalogue, unstable app

The catalog of music is great, as well as the quality of sound. The application is unstable, crashes very often and a few times a month resets all my „user data”, including already downloaded music. It is very frustrating. Resetting user data means that I have to set all my preferences again and download again my favorite music, which takes hours and cannot be done without wi-fi access. This is extremely annoying when happens during trips, the holidays, etc.

Bugs and no support

I have just purchased premium subscription via appstore. The process was finished by the message that it was not successful. Despite receiving from apple confirmation about starting subscription, the app still is in a free mode, asking me to subscribe for premium. When I click the subscribe button, it says that I have already bought the subscription (but the app is still ina free mode). On the help page one can only read articles – no way to contact support. So far :-/. After several hours the problem desappeared. The idagio idea is great, especially the moods. The app both on iOS and macOS work OK. I am still waiting for safer means of payment (PayPal, ApplePay) to buy a concert ticket.

Bardzo dobra aplikacja do odtwarzania muzyki klasycznej. Polecam każdemu kto preferuje taki rodzaj muzyki
