iDiskk Pro

This product has worked great until very recently (why it gets 3/5 stars and not 1/5) Recently, whenever I try and transfer videos (2+GB), the app crashes as soon as I click “paste”. The file name shows up on the USB stick, but the file size says 0kb and nothing plays. I need to be able to transfer iOS videos to the USB drive. Please fix. iOS 14.0 iPhone 8.

I have bought 2 - 128 GB iDiskk and neither one of them work anymore. They won’t connect to any Apple device I have!

It saves photos right away. No problem there, but it just doesn’t save my videos. At all. The manual is no help. The company website and the reviews online aren’t helpful for my issue either. I’ve noticed great emphasis on saving photos, perhaps the video-saving feature is an after thought that may or may not work. Most frustrating.

iDiskk works if you have a Lightning port on your iPhone or iPad. If you have an iOS device with a USB-C port it will not work to connect to the USB-C plug on your multiport iDiskk. Don’t buy an iDiskk for a newer iOS device.

The app repeatedly crashes when I try to transfer certain photos or videos and it needs to be fixed.

This app doesn’t work at all for me. Every time I tried to use the embedded player for movies, the movie would unexpectedly stop. Also doesn’t read the movie files I have on my SD card most of the time. Very disappointed.

It's interesting how having a great hardware your software is so... useless. Add Files support, add some more usability

The idiskk pro was working for a couple of month but it’s not working anymore... idiskk can’t connect...

App worked great but now crashes when I try to copy from drive to camera roll with iOS 11. Have to give it one star until it’s fixed.

Problem with the MOV files .. we hear the sound but we cannot see the image
