Reset lost everything

The game suddenly reset with some new privacy policy. I am now back to the very start. It was a fun idle game but having lost months of time and purchases — the developer website DOES NOT HAVE ENGLISH so I can’t even report

I really love this game but I’ve lost some things I already purchased and my electric is negative so I have to spend a lot if money and time watching ads to get it back to where I had it. I had one star already and now have none. Ugh.
