Ho pagato 54,99 euro per avere la diagnosi entro 8 ore ma è arrivata entro le 24 ore, dovrebbero restituirmi parte dei soldi o concedermi un'altra diagnosi senza pagare.

Carissimo vi consiglio di andare direttamente dal medico spendete meno e avete una diagnosi certa

Arrivi a scoprire solo alla fine che devi pagare per in consulto a distanza con non sai neppure chi😳

Applicazione geniale e funzionante ma per farmi vedere un brufolo dovrei pagare 99 euro di consulto? Ne ho pagati 18 di ticket e mi sono fatto visitare in 12 ore all istituto dermatologico di Roma. Miglioratelo e abbassate i prezzi prevedendo un consulto gratuito o abbonamenti altrimenti l'app morirà così.

Pensavo fosse gratuito come sembrava nella descrizione invece costa quasi 25 euro per invio.

I have been using once this app and now have absolutely review it and suggest it to everybody: it has just been a great experience and, more than everything else, it made me save half a day of time in locating a dermatologist, visiting him and paying probably at least 5 times the cost of the single consultation. I love how technology makes life easier and cheaper, and am just grateful that there are new areas such as medicine and apps like this. Basically I have had a weird big red spot under my underarm for more than a month. I have been waiting to visit a dermatologist hoping it disappeared, as I really did not have the time to visit, plus, in Italy, it usually costs between 120 and 150 EUR for one single visit. While I waited, it started to be painful and get worst. I decided to try iDocs24, taking pictures and everything, it took me three minutes. I got an answer in two hours, with indication of medications that solved the problems in two days. The doctor is an Italian dermatologist (I have googled it as well) and gave me a long, detailed answer. Great, simple, professional app.
