Both my husband and I have signed up for a subscription but nothing gets unlocked. Also mid session our bike buffers and we have to reset the bike. The wifi is perfect and it has been confirmed online that it's a know issue that Nordic Track are not fixing. 🥹

I initially signed up to the free 30 day trial but was locked out of all workouts after a few days and forced into paying for a monthly plan yet still am locked out of workouts. Apple advised I contact the developer re the issue but there is no way to readily contact them. I regret buying a NordicTrack bike that links to iFIT.
