IHP App

App just quits when I click on the Submit Claim button. Surprised that one of the most important functions can throw up such a bug.

Unable to submit any claim and the app will crash whenever click on Claims option. Please fix app for stability, thanks

App couldn’t be open and will force close after logging in

App kept crashing, can u fix it? Just managed to sign up, can’t show the homepage.

This is a truly rubbish system as others mentioned. For example, if your teleconsult got rejected, the system hanged there. User experience is slow

System keeps hanging when trying to get an OTP. Like deliberately trying to stop you from accessing the ad.

Last thing you’d want from an app when you’re sick is to not have it’s basic functionalities. The teleconsult process is absolute rubbish. Companies are paying insurers for this and this is the best they can do.

For real it’s so bad it’s such a cheap looking app for one and on top of that it doesn’t even work half the time I spend so much time logging in cause the stupid OTP doesn’t send, like why even waste your team’s resources making something so bad in the first place it’s so bad it’s almost embarassing this is like an app people make for their uni project or something it’s so bad and on top of that people are actually paying for this service that they can’t log in half the time??

I’ve been trying login this stupid app but always got stuck at the stage if setting new password. The app always shows that user entered wrong current password. Can’t understand why so many insurances are using this platform
