I can’t submit a claim… what kind of apps is this

Keep pop up invalid employee…..btw all data key in correctly…have to uninstall and install again to log in🫠

This app is so hard to navigate, they keep saying “invalid employee” after I submitted my details. Emails take many days to be answered too. Sigh

This app was suppose to replace the old app that having this OTP problem, can’t believe now it happened again on this app too! Why your team thinks every people will have access to the register email at all time? We are cooperate user with company email address! And login via phone number is totally useless, why your team can put that line in the first place while it’s not even functioning?

Very slow to log in. Just 2mb for submit the photo

Powerfull app.

Ecard is missing. Panel is totally not showing in provider. Unable to search any panel even with keyword like “clinic”. Please improve your lousy app.

After submission some claims don’t even appear in the list.
