Needs to improve the app function by listening to user feedback. 1. Account is not linked to Ikea Family 2. Cannot search by price range 3. When trying to checkout, always “connecting”. Still need to checkout on the website. 4. Product View should display the items dimension/description/care. Now, you still need to click a lot of submenu just to see details. 5. Learn from Shopping app like Shopee 6. Best way is to open an official Ikea Store in shopee/Lazada.

Wah bro. Your app a bit unfriendly leh. Want to search for item, I need to tap into so many subcategory and so specific sub-subcategory. So mafan. Then nevermind, I still must scroll down many many pages just to find item that meet my price range. Help a sis out please. Can i suggest these improvements - have a “search all” tab under each main category (storage, furniture) - include “arrange price low to high”, “new to old” - include “price range min - max” I help you, you help me please.

This app is integrated to the membership and I always mix up requiring me to got to the ikea family website to show my card for points. And the listings are not comprehensive and better to use the website.

Why there is no country Indonesia in the apps?

Got logged out, unable to login and cannot add items to shopping cart. It says “unable to update your shopping cart at this moment. Please try again later”

Where is the Augmented Reality function?

Checkout takes forever. Why not just open a Shopee or Lazada official shop?

What’s the point

You need to consider allowing customers to pay easily by pay now or paylah. Many e-commerce sites already used it and with your ability- you can do this easily too. Having to enter credit card numbers is so outdated.

It’s nice to see all the items but it is not easy to see from cart if the items are available at the same store or not. I would need to cart out before I can see which are available at a certain outlet or not. Quite tedious. Hard to search too.
