Ikos Resorts

Lack of information of the island and the main tourist attraction . Also the description of the services of the hotel. Also limits the reservation of the restaurant in three reservations (and we will stay 7 days, so we have 7 lunches and dinners…). The dine out experience and the visit in the city we could not make the reservation by the app.

No longer works at all. Previously worked well to book restaurants and other parts of the holiday but now can't access anything on the app at all

App won’t even open. SW up to date so clearly full of bugs

As an Ikos regular, I must say that the app is fantastic!

The app never stores passwords and the reset is a pain and sometimes doesn’t work. Developer needs to remember this is a holiday app! You don’t want constant hassle before the holiday even starts

The app is useful for basic info but the UI needs major improvement. it’s not intuitive and basic info should be easier to dine. Most importantly, PLEASE REMOVE THE PAGE TURN SOUND EFFECT WHEN VIEWING THE MENUS. IT IS INCREDIBLY ANNOYING AND IF YOURE LISTENING TO MUSIC IT INTERRUPTS THE MUSIC.

The app constantly crashes and it’s not possible to book anything other than the crèche for Ikos Odissia meaning that we aren’t able to reserve restaurants etc. waste of time.

Used the app last year but downloaded latest version and it won’t open 🙄

Won’t let me log in but I can on the website…so it’s not that I need to reset the password. It’s very annoying.
