Being able to buy with the phone and load via nfc to the ticket is so awesome. This gives a great experience to the consumer with up to date transportation time tables.

App works well when adding to apple wallet. However, I am giving a poor rating because the pass is not valid for the number of days purchased base on your time of purchase. So if you buy a multi day pass in the evening, this will essentially waste an entire day of use. Such an absolutely terrible setting that is built to just have people spend more money when due to not getting 24hrs per day of your pass.

This app is incredibly buggy. It froze when adding a pass to my wallet, would not let me register (just did nothing with no error message), after buying a single ticket, would not let me buy a t+ metro ticket again and only showed bus tickets, never emailed me a receipt, and the back button and navigation buttons continually did not function.

I bought a ticket, but the inspector only wanted to make the money : say this ticket not right, we just pay for it. Even though the ticket was valid, she insisted on me paying 35 or getting off the train. A group of thieves were distorting the name of Paris. Rent car, they will do anything to make you pay if you are coming to travel and spend money in this country, they don’t care about you! Its just.

It keeps saying my ticket needs to load and won’t allow me to buy another ticket until the first ticket loads. Can’t cancel the first ticket either. This is an app made by the French for sure. Horrific.

Agree button disappeared. All this for a subway ride. Forgot everything the first time I tried and had to reset Confirmation code comes through email and the form to accept it is part of email. Can’t do both ie copy the code from the email.

Ignore people giving this 5 stars. It just doesn’t work. Something with the valid password detection is broken and, even if the password matches their dated and overly-strict criteria it won’t let you advance through account creation. Edit - thank you for the reply, I was able to create an account the following day by manually entering it twice. But using keychain, for whatever reason, made the valid password detection criteria fail even tho the passwords were identical and met the criteria. Edit - dev replied, stating password managers aren't supported. That password are just not accepted for some unstated security reason, without proper notification to the user is broken. It’s probably a cert violation with apple that they just didn’t test - idk maybe cert criteria is different in EU. Still it feel broken. We can’t read your minds and won’t read your policies so I suggest a notification or prompt.

DO NOT get passes on your iPhone or top off your Nagigo card with them! Both cases don’t work! I spent money for 2 full day passes on here and they didn’t work. I went to the counter and he said he couldn’t help me either! Not sure what went wrong. My mom and I had to buy regular tickets at the metro. I was mortified as I bogged up the line to the metro!
