I`M OK: Family Locator

Within 2 days this App stopped working - NO support, the button that is supposed to bring you to customer support only takes you to their sales page… Total waste of my time, plus it left me worrying about what horrible accident must have happened half way across the country when it stayed stuck on the one location! Do NOT recommend!

Downloaded this app because it was the only one that didn’t have in app purchases. Set up my login. Tried to log in, it keeps telling me either my login or password is incorrect. Very carefully wrote down my password so I had a reference to insure that I was entering it correctly. After restarting the app and trying again, it did something in the background (I got the spinning wheel) and still told me my information was incorrect. So, at best: incompetent design or backend, at worst: malware or spyware. Beware!

I am trying to add child and the app will not accept any adds. Tried to contact developer and can’t find a link.

This app does not work and is so hard to set up. I would not get this app if I were you it is Terrible and it just is so frustrating to use. It does not work and it just wants you to get it to get information about you.

I put this app on 2 days ago to keep track of my daughter. It takes hour sometimes to update her location. At this time she has been at school for an hour and it’s still showing her at home. Which the home location isn’t accurate either. It shows up as 3 blocks in another direction and not even the same street.

This app is destroying my family life, and I don’t understand why anyone needs it. I am a 50 year old adult and I was looking for a vpn app for the fam, my children hated and destroyed my car, threw my dog into a ditch and started the war in Afganistán. In all the world will end when they get access to cruise missiles.

Tried repeatedly to get the app to work, but it just doesn’t. No matter what we do it will stop tracking my child after a period of time.

Is the child able to see when your trying to locate them

It keeps saying my daughter is across the street when I know she’s out riding her bike or even sitting next to me. Not accurate at all.

Downloaded this app & love the whole thought process of it & how it works, but it already doesn’t seem 100% accurate. Our child is home with us & it’s saying she’s at a different address across the street from us. How can this be fixed?
