## iMFM Description
Facility Managers and Technicians can view detailed Service Request information for Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance orders that are scheduled routinely, search for vendor contact information, and perform Work Order updates.

Additionally, this application allows users to update capital planning and inspection items.

Designed for use with CrossForm Global.

This work order system is garbage and should be avoided. Shows you have 3 orders but only one will display. As soon as you create a work order it disappears unless you search by its work order number.

The IMFM system works terribly. Any system including hand written slips would be better than this app. Everything in it is very clunky. Not to mention it is trying to integrate with 10 other systems that other companies use. The company I work for is great and MASSIVE. They have plenty of money to spend to fix or find a new platform to make this system better but they refuse. If you can’t log in or it’s loading forever the help desks only fix is delete the app, re-install it and try again. I do that upwards of 5-8 times a day. Someone should buy the rights to the app and get rid of it. Terrible app.

This is a fine tool.  It isn’t shiny or bright it isn’t fancy and filled with toys.  It can open and close work orders.   Hopefully in the future it will grow and be more useful.  But for now it does what it needs to do.

This app does not allow you to stay logged in for a period longer than 30 seconds before it shoots you out and makes you re-login. That’s on the app also does not like loading or syncing or allowing you to complete work orders. With time in in time out a.k.a. completing them live. Worst app ever.

I am force to use this nonfunctioning app daily. It is 99% of my work stress. Never works. Kicks me out repeatedly. Never accepts the step answers. I have to go back several times to re enter step questions. It constantly buggs out. The fact that this is the best a multi billion dollar company can find to for its employees to use, makes me want to question the company’s appreciation to their employees.

Has potential but like so many other things has been left un-modified for the people actually inputting the Data. This is nothing but a headache and could be so much better. Do the sensible thing and reach into your deep worldwide pockets and fix the only tool you give your GWS to work with so that we may keep more accurate data, recall information and notes and perhaps even just fix the back button in app so it actually works.

I’ve only been doing this work for 20+ years so I’m not sure if I’m qualified to say this but dealing with this app is the most annoying part of my job. Biggest time waster I encounter every day. IF it allows log in, it acts like dial up to go between pages and won’t keep any preset preferences so you have to scroll through all the extra garbage to get to the only information you need. I agree with all of the others who are surprised that such a large and normally impressive company would use this junk. .25 stars at best.

The app barely functions and gets worse every time they update it. When you complete a work order it seems like there is like a 33% chance that you get randomly logged out, a 33% chance that it completes correctly, and a 33% chance that it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. 

I really wish my workplace would get any other app for work order management.

I can’t enter my time or even close out work orders while at my properties. We were told we were supposed to enter all information between each work order. It won’t even load the work orders most of the time.

Whoever thought this app/system was a good idea should have their head checked and/or find another career path. Inefficient in it’s entirety. Constant pauses and restarts. Difficult to find work orders that aren’t clearly labeled. Inspections are a headache and time consuming. You lose your spot every time you have to change pages. You’d think these corporate big wigs would seek input from the people who actually have to use this stuff on a daily basis before implementing unnecessary changes. Ugh. Just. Ugh.

This app is awful. It kicks you out so you have to sign in several times a day. It crashes often. Very glitchy. Would not recommend.

Doesn’t allow me to enter several completed work orders at one sitting. 
I enter a completed work order on phone, it then takes me to it. I reselect ‘enter completed work order’ again to enter another one, but even after ‘reset’ to clear last data, it doesn’t recognize updated time entry and uses the previous work order’s time again, so on my timesheet there are separate work orders created with the same time. Then I get an ‘ok’ popup button in the middle of my screen— doesn't take me to the completed work order like it did the first time. I have to hit this ‘ok’ button for it to go away— if I hit reset again, same problem. 
Now that we can no longer correct these type problems—after the last si7 update—(we can’t change anything on previously entered data...) Fairly frustrating. 
Also way too arduous to look at timesheet data on this app.
