Se reinicia
No se puede eliminar un dispositivo porque la app se reinicia y hay que iniciar sesión nuevamente además no me permite ver las cámaras por un “bloqueo de usuario” que no existe.

No me Aparece la opción del micrófono
Funciona horrible en iPad
Deberían sacar una app para el iPad
Ayuda con la última actualización de hoy
Con la última actualización de hoy el software se cierra en iPhone XR con ultima versión del iOS. No puedo ver el citofono ni mis quince cámaras . Por favor volver a la versión anterior o mejorar este problema
Las escenas no funcionan
Tengo varias escenas definidas pero cuando las activo duran 10 segundos y se apagan. No puedo estar cambiando toda la configuración cada vez que saldo de la casa. Tercera versión que actualizo que dice que soluciona problemas de las escenas pero nada y lo peor es que llevo 2 días grabando todo sin poder deternlo.
Malísimo servicio
Compré la cámara pensando que por mi seguridad quedarían registros de fotos en la nube o en el caché del celular aunque sea pero hay que estar registrado en imou protect, decepcionada , volveré a ‘tuya’’ que guarda capturas de las personas que detecta sin estar pagando una suscripción.

Manual indica uso de tarjeta SD pero el equipo no tiene ranura
Equiparar software equipos y visualización Smartv
Tengo la Rex y la Cruise y si bien ambas tienen iguales posibilidades el software de la Cruise se siente mucho mejor terminado y con más opciones, eso debilita la experiencia con múltiples cámaras, además de extraña la posibilidad de poder lanzar la imagen a una pantalla como un Smartv por ejemplo… Eso si la haría perfecta 😬
