App crash / closing after opening it
Since today the Imou Life app is crashing (without any error message) and closing after opening it. I tried to reinstall, delete the whole application, the same issue occurs. Please fix it or check it. (IPhone 15/iOS 18.1)

Only human detection can’t be choosen
I choose - only human- detection on Push messages. but every time I check it, it goes back to -ALL. I only want to be notified for human figures. I use the app on my phone and tablet as well 😥. Can it be fixed?

Miért nem lehet normálisan megcsinalni ipadre?
playback from sd card is slow, "lens blocked"
"Lens blocked" why? I paid a lot for 5 cameras. even the wifi signal is good, the playback from sd card with bullet lite 4M is sooo slooow missing preview picture in some cases when motion detected with same camera setting I felt different results on preview picture of motion detection, remove and add camera to the app not solved, based on helpdesk instuction
Motion
Since the last update the motion sensor menu was missing. I don't adjust the motion area or level. The whole menu is disappear! 05 Oct. When I install last update, the cameras are mixing in the motion messages menu. If I get a notifiction and click one camera, it doesn't show the actual video, and most of time it doesn't show the selected camera videos! f.e. select the chanel 1 and it show me the chanel 3 videos, some chanel 4, and chanel... I'm soo disappointed!!!!!!!!!

2 hete vettem, nem egy nagy tudású kamera. De célnak megfelelő. Össze lehet hangolni NVR -el is. Így nem kell saját ssd kártya bele. Kár, hogy digitális zoom nincs benne, meg saját őrjárat nem állítható.
Értesítési hiba
Sajnos a legutolsó frissítés óta nem lehet megnézni az értesítéseket visszanézni a videókat.
