I have to keep resetting my device because it won’t playback any video recorded and the new UI layout is just messy and useless. Prefer the old one where you can just click on the tabs instead of bringing you to a new page every single time.
I’m very proud to have imou cctv install in my hse ayear plus ago. Everything is well. Nowadays everything thru app seems lagging n slow!! I don’t know what going on. Do not tell me it’s network or my data problem if this issue do not happens a years ago. I speak thru app. .. it’s like totally cannot be heard!! I’m getting very very Disappointed.
Cannot see live view with mobile data and some wifi.

When the abnormal sound notification pop out i press the notification panel the apps run in and force close auto. Please fix it!

I had 3 fix camera location for schedule tour. I notice that every time when camera track moving object or manually moving camera to different angle, the camera fix location will run out. And to solve the problem is to reboot the camera!
Setup was easy. Wireless and detect home wifi without fuss. Recorded image however is not clear. Streaming is fine. But once play back it’s not so clear
