## InBody Description
InBodyで測定した体成分(体組成)のデータを中心に、様々な健康情報が管理できるアプリです。

【InBodyアプリの特長】

1. InBody​データ管理
体重・筋肉・骨格筋・体脂肪などの測定結果を標準範囲や見方などのガイドラインと一緒に表示します。各項目をタッチすると、更に詳細な説明が確認できます。

2. 目標設定
運動期間や回数などを入力し、自分に合った目標設定が作成できます。目標に対する達成率や一日当たりの推奨エネルギー摂取量の詳細も提供します。

3. 栄養・運動ガイド
設定した目標に基づいて、炭水化物・タンパク質・脂質の一食当たりの摂取目標量と食品の目安量を提供します。またYouTubeから運動に関連する動画も視聴できます。

4. 体成分履歴
主要体成分の測定結果を折れ線グラフで最大7件まで表示し、全期間を選択するか、画面をスクロールすることで、全期間のデータを確認することもできます。

5. ランキング
日本国内でInBodyを使用している人口と比較し、自分のInBody点数の位置が確認できます。また、男女別のInBody点数と体脂肪率の順位も提供します。

6. データ連携
InBodyアプリとApple Healthアプリを同期することで、両方のアプリで歩数や体成分データが確認できます。

所属するジムにInBodyが置かれたので使っています．
データを自己管理している個人のExcel表に手入力していますが，ダッシュボードの表示日付をグラフで変更しても詳細の日付と同期しないことに開始３ヶ月過ぎて気付きました．これは「？」な仕様です．
QRコードでデータ読み込みする時に同期できないので，一旦アプリを終了して再読み込みしています．再読み込みすれば良いので，あまり気にしていません．
画面がピンチアウトできないので文字が小さく見えにくいです．項目を覚えておけば良いので，それほど気にすることでもないのでしょうか．
以上より使い勝手は良くないアプリと感じます．
