You’re charged for registration! If you are in France and you want to pay the parking it shows you that you should pay 1€, be sure that you will pay at least 10€ and you never get back them. No customer service will help you. They tell you that in 7 days you receive back- it’s just a HUGE LIE!

Yesterday, I was in France for the day. I parked and paid for just about 3 hours as I had a job interview. PAY BY PHONE wasn’t working so I decided to go for OPNGO which I’ve never heard of. 
Registered my MasterCard and paid for €2,70 which appears on the app. However, when I checked my bank account there was a €1 transaction and another €20 under the OPNGO name as well. After speaking to the customer service department, they told me that it wasn’t up to them but something to do with the “Mairie”. Lastly, on my bank account I do not see any €2,70 transaction on top of the €21 about to be debited from my account. 

You owe me €18,30!!!! I’ll make sure to delete your app after getting my money back.
