- Op afstand goedkeuren van InsideBusiness Connect- of SwiftNet-betalingsbestanden
- Bevestigingen van FX-transacties bekijken met 2- of 4-ogenprincipe, bevestigingsoverzicht en online afhandeling van vragen
- Rapporten bekijken en downloaden, inclusief kassaldo- en mark-to-market-rapporten
- Uw serviceaanvragen beheren

De ING InsideBusiness App biedt u het gebruik van mToken. Met deze QR-codeverificatie kunt u inloggen en aanvragen autoriseren. U hebt alleen de camera op uw telefoon en de ING InsideBusiness App nodig. 

Hoe krijg ik de ING InsideBusiness App?
Als ING Wholesale Banking-klant met toegang tot InsideBusiness, kunt u de ING InsideBusiness App gebruiken. Zorg ervoor dat u uw Corporate Administrator laat weten dat u dit wilt gebruiken zodat de bevoegdheden worden aangepast.

Kan er erg weinig mee, kan geen betalingen doen. Ik zie niet of ik betalingen moet accorderen. Zie alleen hoeveel geld op de rekening staat en autoriseren voor een internet browser. Daarnaast was de functionaliteit van feedback geven lange tijd niet beschikbaar. Eén teken aan de wand.

Ook met de feedback van de ontwikkelaar kan je niets, is een standaard antwoord die iedereen krijgt. Jammer dat de optie van 0 sterren niet bestaat.

App werkt goed. Helaas nog steeds geen functie voor ideal via ibp. Dat blijft een groot gebrek m.i.en moet toch echt ingeregeld worden.

Als financieel administrateur is het jammer dat je maar voor 1 klant/rekeninghouder de MToken kan gebruiken. 

Hoop dat dit in de toekomst aangepast kan worden.

Zowel de zakelijke app als de particuliere app zijn voor mij zonder loep niet meer goed leesbaar. Plek zat voor grotere en dikker lettertype. Graag verbeteren.

I’ve recently opened an ING business account (which took a month longer due to the fact that they forgot to open the account and i had to go to the bank office two more times). Now i’m trying to install the ING business app and i’m stuck at the very first step. The app is asking for my email and birthdate and constantly gives “identification failed” error, so i can not proceed any further. I’m sure that i’m using the correct email address used for opening the bank account as well as i’m sure about my birthdate. No clue what to do next...
