In the Ingresse app, you can discover and purchase tickets for the best events and experiences in your city. Online tickets for New Year's Eve, parties, university events, concerts, festivals, street parties, and carnival VIP boxes are all here!
Buying Tickets
Events are divided by region and categories such as parties, nightclubs, festivals, and many more. Once you choose your event and complete the payment, your ticket will be stored in your ticket wallet.
Transferring Tickets
Ingresse is the only platform offering ticket transfers. You can send tickets directly to your friends' wallets via email. The recipient can either accept or decline the ticket, and while the transfer is pending, you can cancel it at any time.
Ticket Wallet
Tickets purchased via the app or website are stored in the wallet and can be accessed offline, allowing you to enter the event without needing internet. We do not send tickets by email, ensuring that only you have access to the purchased ticket.
Finding Experiences
Using GPS, the app can find and recommend events in all available categories in your region. Our search feature also works nationwide, meaning you can search for events across Brazil and secure your next experience in any state.

Sistema Péssimo!!!
Estou desde o dia 11/12 tentando comprar um ingresso e o sistema está travando na hora de confirmar o login. Já falei com o suporte pelo WhatsApp e me falaram para aguardar pois estão com problemas técnicos. Espero que arrumem isso pois já já os ingressos para o evento que quero ir vai acabar!!!
Interface TERRIVEL
O aplicativo não ajuda o consumidor, era pra ser algo simples: comprar um ingresso, mas ele pede várias informações desnecessárias, em uma interface ruim com taxas abusivas!
sistema horrível
eles precisam investir urgente pra arrumar esse sistema horroroso, fiquei o dia todo tentando fazer log in até desistir porque o app e o site estavam travando no log in e agora os ingressos acabaram, nenhum evento deveria usar uma plataforma que vai acabar com os planos das pessoas igual a ingresse
Pessima sempre
App buga, sempre pede login por numero do cel, limita o numero de celulares logados. Bloqueam transferências de ingressos
Péssima experiência
Um dos piores serviços de compra de ingressos, trava toda hora, enviei um ingresso pra uma amiga e ela não conseguia abrir…enfim, fora que tive problemas para trocar meu email de cadastro, pois a plataforma não habilita isso pelo site e nem pelo aplicativo. Tive que enviar uma foto do documento para um atendente permitir isso. Quase desisti de ir ao evento por causa do serviço

No site não explica que, após a compra, a ÚNICA forma de visualizar os ingressos é pelo aplicativo. Ou seja, é OBRIGATÓRIO baixar o app. O Bahia me estressa nos mínimos detalhes, mas quem ama perdoa.
Um dos piores aplicativos que já vi !
Simplesmente ridículo, tento recriar uma nova senha, digito meu email e nada chega pra mim. Estou necessitando do app pra comprar ingressos e não posso fazer o uso. Revoltante!
