Disappointed with Premium Pro - Great Concept, Poor Execution
I had high hopes for the Premium Pro app, as it promised to help me manage my social media followers effectively. Initially, I was excited about its features and the potential it had to streamline my experience. However, my experience has been far from amazing, and I find myself quite disappointed. One of the main reasons I opted for the Premium Pro version was to get accurate insights into my follower count and activity. Unfortunately, the app has failed to deliver on this front. I noticed that it did not detect a simple deduction of followers, which is a fundamental feature that should work seamlessly. Moreover, the app's tracking of my active followers has proven to be inaccurate. I expected reliable data to help me understand my audience better, but instead, I’m left with confusion and frustration. It’s disheartening to invest in a premium service that doesn’t meet basic expectations. In summary, while the app has the potential to be amazing, the execution leaves much to be desired. I hope the developers address these issues soon, as I would love to see it live up to its promises. For now, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. I didn’t even finish my paid subscription and just deleted it.
