App Requires Credit Card to Install and Unexpected Charge Appeared
I attempted to install this app insta360 since I just an insta360 go 3s, but during the installation process, I was prompted to input my credit card details. The app claimed this was for “verification” purposes, but no clear information about charges was provided. After completing the installation, I noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card. At no point during the process was I made aware of any associated costs or subscription plans. This lack of transparency feels misleading and potentially fraudulent. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when downloading this app. If you’ve had a similar experience, consider disputing the charge with your bank and reporting this issue to the app store for investigation.
The insta360 app is what keeps me using the insta360 cameras
I love the insta360 app! It makes editing videos from my AcePro and X3 so easy! I wish it had the ability to crop and re-frame videos from the AcePro similar to how it’s done on the X3. But aside from that small detail, its a great app!

Please fix. Upper Right Buttons are not responding on iPad Device. you need to force quit the app before they work and you need to do it every video you edit.

Persistent disconnection
Keeps discovering whenever I connect device via the app in either my iPhone or iPad. Can't save videos so I can't delete them to free storage.
