Não consigo conectar o WIFI da GO3
Estou mesmo a tentar conectar meu iphone com a Insta GO3 através da APP e faz todo o processo para depois dizer que não possível conectar e que preciso configurar rede local. Firmware da câmera: v1.3.19
Works great when recording, crashes on edit
Using an iPhone 14 Pro, insta360 crashes when trying to select a video to edit. A list is shown, and the wait wheel stays spinning until the app crashes. I have over 2000 videos, so that may be the culprit. There’s no error message, so this is a guess.
Good App with major fails
It’s a great app and concept but these fails aren’t acceptable: 1- when you export reframed video, the file gets the actual date and time and not the original date and time (photos were fixed so I’ve increased 1 star)! 2-lacking exporting to 265 format for file size. Camera: X3 iPhone: 14 Pro Watch: ultra 2

Camera and App always disconnects
Every time I try to download file from my insta360 one rs to my app but it is always disconnected. I can’t editing my video.
Consumes a lot of storage
The app keeps draining my storage, I reached support and after deleting all the videos and cleaning the cache the problem persisted. The only way to release the storage was after deleting the app and installing it again... that is a poor "solution" and the reason why I give 1 star
Disappointed with One x 2 app!
Can't edit a single video without crashing the app. Very frustrating, even more because our camera ins't cheap. For a 500€ equipment you expect that to work smoothly without any problems and the software should be as important as the camera functionality! Can you fix the fact that sometimes (almost every time) that I'm editing a video for some minutes the camera disconnects and the does not let me connect again for a long time because the wifi doesn't show up, even after I reboot iPhone/iPad and the camera one x 2. Also, would be great to have the possibility to connect the camera via USB to edit videos on iPad. In my experience the editing is allot smother/ easy on my iPad rather the iPhone or computer with the windows app. Love the camera quality in video (5k) but the software of the app is upsetting! UPDATE: The app is always up to date. About the editing. I can do it eventually. However like I said, sometimes I'm doing a 128gb SD card and the app freezes and I have to wait and keep trying to do the work. Another thing that should be allowed is the following. I downloaded the 360 files to the iPad 4 and I cannot transfer them back to the sd card. And once the iPad does not allow to see those files on my windows computer, I can't transfer them there weither. I'm stuck with the files on the iPad. Do you have a solution? When I select the files throw the app and try to export (asigle or multiple files), it pops a message saying ... Unable to export in batches. Thanks for the follow up.
