Better than go pro love the 360 view whilst also being able to zoom in out or side to side when ever during the clips

Flow Pro

I recently purchased the Insta360 Flow Pro, primarily for the DockKit feature that connects to the iPhone via NFC. However, the gimbal does not connect to my phone through NFC as advertised. While the phone successfully detects NFC signals (confirmed via Shortcuts), no pop-up message appears to establish the connection. I’ve tried every troubleshooting step, but the issue persists. I also reached out to technical support, but their troubleshooting instructions seem outdated and are tailored to older versions of iOS. It appears there is a compatibility issue between your firmware and the latest iOS version. This is disappointing, as the key advertised feature simply doesn’t work. I hope your team can resolve this issue promptly. Otherwise, the gimbal loses much of its value, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

What a shame. Does NOT work with iPhone 13. Useless. Such a shame camera only works with app.

Where has Google street view gone

I bought this camera for Google street view now I can no longer export to street view what is going on.

Brilliant with the editing the one complaint is that you need the camera on to edit so the battery is drained other then that this app is brilliant.

Infinite 360 degree tracking?

Using Flow Pro and can’t get infinite 360 degree tracking. It stops tracking every time at around the first 360 degrees. Works in iPhone’s own camera app but I need to use the app as trying to track a horse.

No gesture control

Hi the app is great but I can’t get the gesture control on my camera screen when attaching the 360 pro which is the main reason I bought the humble of anyone can help that would be great thanks

AI analysis just crashes

Very disappointing, App was great but now just crashes when running AI analysis on videos. Also sometimes says phone doesn’t have sufficient memory. Reports to insta360, sent all logs etc. but had no answer for nearly 1 month.

Can’t disable notifications spam

App overall gets in the way of using the camera I bought by showing unwanted promotional content. Despite having all notification types except functional ones (quick file transfer and new file notifications) I get frequent promotional notifications.
