You should add new option when we can choose what theme we want to put in our chats for example (picture from our photo gallery, some background photo that we like) it will be soo cool.

They delete your comment or block your account, and it's not clear why exactly. Maybe you look suspicious, maybe you used the wrong word, they don't care about the context of the comment. There's a robot or a program that's just blocking everyone and everything. You can't appeal, they say you can, but they don't tell you how exactly you can do it. In some cases, you can appeal, but they just dismiss your arguments without taking into account the context, because, like I said, there's a simple program or robot.
