We need a stable and reliable social media app rather than new functions that only some accounts can use. Also, there are a lot of bugs with the update.

instagram is now destroying quality of your old videos, so forget about refreshing all your old memories. In pursuing competitor it is losing what made it be what it is, but what's the point of staying with it, if it wants to destroy itself.

My account was suspended for something I didn’t do at all. My account was suspended twice in two weeks. The first time my account was successfully recovered after a week, and the second time it was disabled the next day, which probably had something to do with the faulty video-selfie taking process that lagged and caused it to be incomplete. All my other accounts were suspended along with my linked Facebook account and Messenger as well, which has been an absolute pain in the butt. Also had difficulties logging into my account: couldn’t log in with my password so I reset it. Upon logging in with the new password it still said “password incorrect”, which is absolutely beyond me. There’s been so many bugs with this app lately can someone please fix this?? Also hate the fact that there’s basically no way of getting ahold of someone to help you with these sorts of issues. Zero transparency and support.

no more swiping right for the dm and the ‘add to story’ button overlapped by the ‘add a caption’ button. CAN YOU GUYS STOP DOING MEANINGLESS AND STUPID CHANGES EVER? THAT’S ENOUGH.

Since the 2020 started, you just change the grid, the layout, some useful function disappeared, some useless function added. Thats nonsense! We users are happy with the old Instagram and there’s no need to change everything by just simply put the button from left to right/ up to bottom… the new rectangle grid is no better than square iconic one and the buttons’ position changed just takes me weeks and still not use to it:( Instagram, please, we know u wanna change but stop changing the old stuff, just add new thing u want and it will be fine.
