### **--- "Worst experience I have had with a doctor in my life"
I had previously gotten prescribed a medication through the app but could not afford to continue treatment. When I could finally afford it I did another consult. The doctor I got this time Dr Micheal and the first thing she said that was I wasn’t eligible and would still be charged without listening to family history or even the fact that I had been on the medication prior. She was dismissive and insensitive of my concerns and would not even talk about alternatives. She was so rude and unprofessional that it brought me to tears, if you get her as a doctor request a different one right away. I talked to the instant scripts team but all they did was give me a partial refund and no opportunity to speak with another doctor.

I have had Instant Scripts App for some time but never needed it till now.  We live regionally and so have limited access to Doctors and this can be a challenge.  Yesterday I was able to get quick access to a telehealth appointment and was extremely happy with the service provided by the Doctor and the support via email.  Being over 70 I was quite anxious when I suspected that I had Covid (not just a cold) so it was great to talk to a Doctor and get access to anti-viral script after losing my sense of smell.  Seems like my husband is also now sick so will be using them again!

I have used Instant scripts a couple of times, due to lack of GP services in rural Australia. They have been great! I have been able to ensure my children get adequate health care, despite where they live & I don’t have to drive long distances to see a GP & sit & wait for long periods!

So handy to have InstantScripts,when you have a cold or flu the last thing you want to do is get out of bed to see your own doctor,in my case I need to book in 2 months ahead to see my doctor.
The price is also reasonable with InstantScripts and you can speak to a doctor and get prescriptions if need be.

Today I requested a repeat prescription for Sotalol 80 beta blockers, originally prescribed by Dr John F England Cardiologist early this year. 
An amount of $19 was paid via PayPal. My request was rejected due to Olmesartan???
I have now requested a consultation and paid a further $69 via PayPal. 

Please refund my first payment of $19. I am a 74 year old woman living in a rural location with very limited transport options. Thank you

If I were allowed to write what I want to say, this would be flagged as abusive. Today, me and my wife and our two kids under 2 joyfully contracted gastro. Turns out the greedy *insert abuse* owners and developers have decided to charge per head AND not on the same call. Call 1 - get prescription. Log another consult, wait another 20min, call 2, another $69. This is for an adult and a child. Pretty stupid I have to call 4 times, pay 4 times AND wait for a call back each time. Do better.
