I got the app 20 minutes ago and there seems to be a glitch. The search, highlight etc bar started to appear blank.

I really like this app, it’s so clean and simple! The dyslexia font is very helpful. The one bug I find really annoying though is that when I leave the app and return, the colour always revert to black on white. I wish I could set it permanently to white text on black.

If you install a translator directly in the application to translate a certain article to a language you want. You will be for me the best on the market.

Don’t use many, but this is one of the apps I depend on most.

Very unreliable! Today this app just randomly deleted everything—all my saved articles and archived articles for no reason :/

I use InstaPaper to save all those assorted articles to read later, especially when I’m accompanying the wife to go shopping. 😁 It strips away most junk and leaves a clean reading experience. On occasion, it also removes illustrations from the document though.

This app has been full of bugs for years. It crashes constantly. Often, your place in an article isn’t saved. I had to reinstall it once because it wouldn’t save the font size I had set. It never remembers your background color selection. You navigate away from the app for a second—back to white background. I selected the option for the 100 Latest Articles in Archive. But it still shows only 10. Today, I couldn’t save an article to the Archive. It just wouldn’t do it. And I pay for premium.

The price is great for the functionality, though there have been a few times where for some reason images are missing or the share button on certain websites is missing. I downloaded Pocket for comparison and there were no issues with any of these. I still prefer Instapaper though because of it's minimalist design and customizability. I hope they fix these issues soon!

I really love this app, and have been using it for a long time now. Even if the downloads don’t work sometimes in different mediums I can always find a way around it. I would like to see a “random” button that selects a random saved article to read, as I can’t get the current one to work. And maybe save the light settings, because if I’m on a mode that isn't currently selected, if I leave and come back it goes back to the default one. Other than that great app!

Love it and use it a lot.
