instashop: Groceries & more

For the past 2 weeks all my orders are late from multiple supermarkets, there’s no way to contact them to report the issue only if you report it on the app, then after the order arrives they call to ask if there’s anything they can do. I asked the representative how he thinks it’s useful to call me after my order arrives, he said sorry we’re just busy. My last order was 2 and a half late and they don’t even compensate you. Never using it again.

This app offers great variety and helps you find what you’re looking for, but THAT IS IT. It is absolutely annoying how every-time I order from this app I get called for a replacement. It does not make sense. I know replacements happen and it’s good that they offer them, but it gets annoying. I always order while being uncertain if they will have that item or not, and I must find a replacement for a specific item every single time. Please fix this ; stores should display what is in stock.

Some shops not delivery in my area and they are in the application give me that they delivery

I got a new phone and kept adding my number to login into my old account. They kept automatically changing my number into one of those my family members for some reason and they won’t send me the confirmation code on my number. Fix your technical issues, I’m downloading seoudi. Bye.

Customer service takes forever to respond!

SCAM with NO Customer service I paid for my order and it was marked as delivered and I didn’t receive it, NO NUMBER TO CALL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT, NO ETHICS AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMENTS AREA THAT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOTHING.
