The app was completely non-functional at the most foundational level. Substitutes cannot click into open jobs to see addresses, the time clock system was inconsistent and often didn’t show accurate times clocking in and out, reports are unable to be customized for payroll and billing purposes, and the app would time out for minutes at a time for our entire team. You would have to restart several times to get the app to even open. Not only does the product not work, but the customer service is abysmal. After paying an implementation fee and a monthly fee before, realizing the app didn’t work, we had to switch to a different system. They refused to refund any of our money even though we worked with them for months, giving them feedback on how to improve the system and giving them time to make it functional. They did not meet the terms and conditions of the agreement we signed, but still chose to hold us accountable to payment when they weren’t holding themselves accountable to providing a functional product. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Please please please learn from my mistake and do not waste your money or time on this. There’s a reason it’s the least expensive option on the market. our business is now out hours upon hours of time we invested as well as money they refuse to refund, even with substantial proof the system was non-functional. -- MnsotaAmanda, 2023-12-06 ### *---- "Auto Login" Auto fill for iphone does not work. Jobs appear in a blink and instantly disappear. Have to be looking on iPhone every second of the day to maybe get lucky and get a job. No feedback when I click on accept or decline. Doesn’t accurately track jobs on calendar.
