Das unterstützt Sie dabei, ein gesundes, aktives und unabhängiges Leben zu führen. Psychische Gesundheit ist ebenso wichtig wie körperliche Gesundheit. Dies wurde während der COVID-19 Pandemie einmal mehr deutlich. Isolation und psychische Belastung haben ältere Menschen besonders stark getroffen. Die Stärkung der psychischen Gesundheit sowie Wohlbefinden älterer Menschen und Gewaltprävention in der zweiten Lebenshälfte (50+) ist ein Hauptanliegen der App. Darüber hinaus stehen Übungen zur Entspannung und Achtsamkeit zur Verfügung sowie Kontaktinformationen zu weiterführenden Hilfen. Innerhalb der App sind außerdem verschiedene Forschungsfragen eingebettet, die helfen sollen, die Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen älterer Menschen besser zu verstehen. Die Studienteilnahme ist freiwillig. Je mehr Forschungsfragen Sie ausfüllen, desto mehr App-Inhalte stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Bei vollständiger Teilnahme erhalten Sie zudem die Chance auf einen Amazon Gutschein. Damit helfen Sie zusätzlich, Gesundheitsangebote europaweit zu verbessern. Die Studie wird mit der Unterstützung durch das Gatekeeper EU Projekt durchgeführt. Horizon 2020 - European Union Funding for Research & Innovation Dieses Projekt wurde im Rahmen der Zuschussvereinbarung Nr. 857223 aus dem Forschungs- und Innovationsprogramm Horizont 2020 der Europäischen Union finanziert. In Deutschland wird die Studie von Frau Dr. med.
