It always lags, when i try to click on the options, (three lines) it wouldn’t open. How can I add my dependent in this case? My phone is not the problem since it have a lot of storage, i had to log in 3 times, and enter the otp 3 times. Still, the left side panel is still jot populating.

Clearly no investments were made for proper user/customer experience research. It’s like it’s made for users to commit mistakes so they won’t have to approve availment of benefits. That or it’s only them in Intellicare who understand how this works. Very frustrating.

I then finally was able to register my account after 10 attempts and emailed my concern but unfortunately app doesnt work well. I can’t barely do anything. App doesnt load, and when successfully login it freezes and you cant do anything. I check if the app is up to date and it is, so it is something to do with the app developer. This must be fixed since i am planning to add dependents
