Then, even if you refuse to give them credit card info, which with any other service would mean your subscription would be cancelled, this organization renews your account anyway and then chases you with harassing emails and threatens to call a collections agency. Even when trying to find out who my local ambassador was, he started sending me messages just because I opened the profile. Not cool. As for customer service you would think they would pride themselves in this, considering what you have to go through to get in the first place. I tried reaching out to them to report this issue but was met by some the most ridiculous responses imaginable by a guy named David implying I had given my address out for him to spam. But managed with all sorts of wrong policies. You get a free membership when you enroll and then you don’t know when they end up renewing. Unlike any other service they bill 3 months in advance. So if you have not taken care to keep a reminder, your money is gone. Even though I find lot of members in the community I have never really visited any event. Maybe I was an introvert, I never felt connected to the event or group shown here. It might be useful for singles. But not really for a family guy. So I was not planning to use this anymore but kept receiving receipts of payments every three months. When I immediately tried to cancel membership and requested for a refund, I was politely declined stating policies and procedures. I hate it when communities are money minded worse than cut throat business models. It kills the essence of these services. This year my credit card was changed, and the company issued a membership and then sent an invoice. I asked them to immediately cancel the membership since I have not been using for two years. They said I must pay 71.40 euro or they will send my file to collections. I kept correspondence but they always refused to cancel my membership (even online I can’t change membership unless I pay). They refuse to speak to me on the phone also. It’s kind of a scam.
